Natural skincare and massage therapy are her passions, and she seeks to broaden her professional horizons by learning new modalities through continuing education.

STEVE TIMMERMAN, LMT

Steve is a graduate of Clemson University and the Atlanta School of Massage. He has been a licensed massage therapist since 1990. Steve is extremely successful in helping clients overcome dysfunctions and imbalances in their bodies that can cause pain and/or inflammation. He uses a variety of techniques, individualized for each client. He also is certified in NAET and is able to help clients with many types of allergies.

An avid student of advanced massage modalities, Steve is always seeking new techniques and information to improve his skill level and better serve his clients. He is currently studying the Egoscue Method and is now able to offer this new technique to his clients.

SHELBY HIGGINBOTTOM, LMT

Shelby uses her ability of Neuromuscular therapy, in addition to Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, and Triggerpoint techniques, to assist in pain management and relaxation. She also incorporates stretching for clients who need a little extra myofascial release.

Nick is a graduate of the Augusta School of Massage. He began his career at Herbal Solutions operating Nick’s Therapeutic Massage. Three years later he moved to Tennessee, got married, fathered two children and worked at Massage Envy for 4 years. He and his family have returned to Aiken to be closer to family. Nick holds a massage license in two states and has completed multiple classes on advanced massage techniques. He works out almost ever day so that he could develop his own muscle strength in his arms in order to enhance his deep tissue massage for his clients.

MICHELLE LOVE, LMT

Michelle graduated from the Aiken Technical Massage program in 2008. She also has a degree in exercise science from USC-Aiken. Michelle specializes in deep tissue massage and can alter any massage to fit the needs of her clients. She also offers stretching and cupping. Michelle has an extensive clinical background having worked for 10 years in a chiropractor’s office as well as 3 years in a local physical therapy clinic.

Lori Alvanos is a licensed massage therapist and certified holistic health coach specializing in integrative nutrition. She received her coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she received in-depth training in nutrition, health & wellness, coaching skills, and business development. She is also certified as a nutrition coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Lori is a graduate of the Augusta School of Massage in Evans, GA. She specializes in therapeutic massage with the intent to balance the body. She incorporates an intuitive blend of trigger point and deep tissue work, myofascial release, and some table stretching. Lori is dedicated to & passionate about helping clients find balance in mind, body, and spirit through positive, restorative, therapeutic touch & client-centered integrative nutrition.

Eric’s knowledge of anatomy allows him to ascertain your body’s problems and needs, incorporating stretching and trigger points. He will also send you home with homework for your body, so the healing and progress never stop! His wife Tiffany is a Therapist and Esthetician at Herbal Solutions as well. He is also a guitar teacher.
