She received her coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she received in-depth training in nutrition, health & wellness, coaching skills, and business development. She is also certified as a nutrition coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Lori is a graduate of the Augusta School of Massage in Evans, GA. She specializes in therapeutic massage with the intent to balance the body. She incorporates an intuitive blend of trigger point and deep tissue work, myofascial release, and some table stretching. Lori is dedicated to & passionate about helping clients find balance in mind, body, and spirit through positive, restorative, therapeutic touch & client-centered integrative nutrition.
